The Lincoln Scholarship Program is administered by IIE on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Myanmar. The Lincoln Scholarship Program is made possible with support from the American people and by USAID. IIE manages the program through its offices in Washington, DC and Yangon, Myanmar.
