Thank you for your interest in the Supporting Access to Higher Education for Afghans (HEA) Program.

The deadline to apply for the HEA was April 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM AFT. The application is now closed. We cannot accept any late application materials and no future application cycles for the HEA are planned.

Applicants who submitted their materials by the deadline will be notified of their status by mid- May 2024. If selected for the program, courses will begin in June or July of 2024.

About the HEA

The HEA aims to equip talented and motivated adult learners in Afghanistan with opportunities to increase existing professional skills and build connections in high-need fields. The program offers online coursework and certificate programs in business/entrepreneurship, information technology, education, law, and allied health sciences at no cost to participants.
