READ is a two-sided application process, in which Resident Scholars in Albania submit projects to pursue with a partner from the Albanian Diaspora.

READ accepts projects from Resident Scholars during an annual cycle, between September and December. For more information on the process and the contents of a READ project and to find the link to the application once it is open, please visit the Resident Scholars application page.

Diaspora Scholars, who apply as experts in their fields of study and not in relation to specific projects, may submit their applications at any time. Please visit the Diaspora Scholars application page for more information and a link to the application.
