• Applicants Notified of Results: 2^nd week of June 
• Fellows Submit Require Documents: 2^nd half of June 
• IIE Places Fellows with International Organizations (as needed): 2^nd half of June 
• IIE Coordinates Travel: June/July 
• Fellows Travel International: Mid-July to Mid-August (or program dates) 
• Post Program Work: Mid-August to Mid-September
