Lockheed Martin International Scholarship Program

Since 1998, IIE has worked closely with Lockheed Martin Corporation Foundation to administer the Lockheed Martin International Scholarship Program. IIE undertakes the following activities on behalf of Lockheed Martin Corporation Foundation to administer the program.

  • Manage all program correspondence
  • Send an appropriate scholarship application form to each qualified applicant who expresses interest
  • Receive and validate completion of submitted applications and supplemental documents
  • Facilitate an independent selection process
  • Final notification to students of their selection
  • Maintain contact with each grantee during the course of approved program of study
  • Obtain official academic records and adviser report for each student on an annual basis
  • Confirm ongoing full-time enrollment and good academic standing
  • Process grant award payments for all eligible award winners and all eligible renewal awards
