Leadership Development for Mobilizing Reproductive Health

From 2000 to 2011, the Institute of International Education West Coast Center (IIE WCC) was one of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation’s Population Program anchor grantees in leadership development. The LDM Program supported leadership development opportunities for reproductive health leaders who lived and worked in the poorest regions of the Packard Foundation’s five focus countries of Ethiopia, India, Nigeria, Pakistan and the Philippines.
