Invensys Children of Employee Scholarship Programme

Since 2010, IIE has worked closely with Invensys, Inc. to administer the Invensys Children of Employee Scholarship Program. IIE undertakes the following activities on behalf of Invensys, Inc. to administer the program.

  • Draft scholarship program announcement letter
  • Manage all program correspondence
  • Send an appropriate scholarship application form to each qualified applicant who expresses interest
  • Receive and validate completion of submitted applications and supplemental documents
  • Facilitate an independent selection process
  • Final notification to grantees of their selection
  • Maintain contact with each grantee during the course of approved program of study
  • Obtain official academic records and adviser report for each student on an annual basis
  • Confirm ongoing full-time enrollment and good academic standing
  • Process grant award payments for all eligible award winners and all eligible renewal awards
