Participating Universities
The IIE-GIRE Fellowship is open to all U.S. engineering graduate students studying at any graduate engineering program within the United States to spend 3 to 5 months abroad, conducting innovative research and creating ties between their home university and host institution.
The list below includes the participating institutions selected for the first cohort of the IIE-GIRE program and highlights the diversity of the home institutions of IIE-GIRE fellows as well as the institutions that have supported them during their time abroad. This list is meant to serve as an example – Prospective applicants can apply from any U.S. institution and propose any host institution, abroad.
