Yes. IIE will send a confirmation email from generationgoogle@iie.org to the valid email address associated with your application. If you receive this email, your application was submitted successfully (check your spam or junk folder just in case).

No, this scholarship is to assist your tuition and mandatory fees, books, supplies, and equipment required for your degree.
In countries where colleges and universities are publicly funded or subsidized, applicants are still able to apply for funding to assist with their mandatory university costs such as books, class supplies, equipment, university service costs, and more.
Yes. You are required to provide two references. Your reference can be completed by a teacher, counselor, employer, etc. who is familiar with your academic record and/or work and volunteer experience. Please note that this cannot be completed by a family member. This reference will provide the selection committee with additional information about you when reviewing your application.
As stated above, an emailed request for a letter of recommendation will be sent to your reference through the online application system at the time of application. The email will provide directions to the recommender regarding how to upload their letter to your online application. The reference will be kept strictly confidential.
All reference letters must be submitted by the above method and are due by the application deadline of April 30, 2024.
Yes, students studying in Ireland will be considered for both programs.
