Freeman Indonesia Nonprofit Internship Program
FINIP provided opportunities for American and Indonesian students pursuing U.S. undergraduate degrees to intern together in an Indonesian nonprofit organization.
Who Should Apply?
American and Indonesian undergraduates pursuing U.S. degrees in any field of study.
When and where?
The 9-week program will take place from June 15 to August 13, 2011 in Indonesia
What is covered?
All program-related costs will be covered. Students will receive a stipend to cover basic living expenses.

The Freeman Foundation’s major objectives include strengthening the bonds of friendship between the United States and countries of East Asia. Through education and educational institutes, the Foundation hopes to develop a greater appreciation of Asian cultures, histories, and economies in the United States and a better understanding of the American people and of American institutions and purposes by the peoples of East Asia.
