Eligibility
Candidates for the Ambassador’s Distinguished Scholars Program will be academics with a terminal degree in any stage of their career, including postdoctoral candidates and professors emeriti.
Eligibility requirements are below:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent professional/terminal degree (including a master’s degree, depending on the discipline) by the start of the program
- Participants should represent the diversity of the United States, encompassing but not limited to ethnicity, race, sex, and age.
- Preference will be given to Scholars who have current U.S. university affiliations.
