ASWAT participants will engage with mentors at Austin, Texas-based STEM companies. The program will take place from April through June 2025 and will consist of:

• Two to three pre-mentorship virtual workshops, tailored to participants’ skills, needs, interests, and backgrounds.
• A three-week Fellowship in Austin, Texas, including site visits, job shadowing, and cultural excursions.
• A virtual workshop concluding the program and consolidating ideas and next steps.
• A delegation of U.S. mentors to Saudi Arabia for one week.
