The Alliance for Saudi Women Active in Tech (ASWAT) connects rising Saudi female leaders in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields with U.S. technology and business leaders and best practices, fostering lasting professional relationships that will benefit both sides. Through partnerships with innovative technology companies in Austin, Texas, ASWAT facilitates these connections and a deeper connection with counterparts in the United States. The capstone of the program is a three-week fellowship in Texas giving participants the opportunity to forge strong ties with their counterparts at American technology companies.
