IIE Leadership Delegation to India
Overview
The IIE Leadership Delegation to India, scheduled for February 25 – March 2, 2024, offers the opportunity
for senior leaders at U.S. institutions to engage with and learn from leaders in the Indian higher education,
business, and government sectors. This trilateral theme has informed a robust itinerary that starts and ends
in New Delhi, with the group dividing between Mumbai and Hyderabad mid-week, including visits to
universities, U.S. consulates, and other important entities within India. 31 representatives from 17 U.S.
institutions will leave the delegation with a comprehensive understanding of India’s higher education
landscape, and an idea of how they can further integrate India into their own campus’s internationalization
goals.
