Assistant Secretary of State Ann Stock and IIE president Allan Goodman also held a roundtable discussion with members of the Chinese media, representing television, radio and print publications, at the State Department’s Foreign Press Center (pictured above right).
In India, IIE held a briefing in New Delhi on U.S.-India educational exchange with the U.S. Embassy and the U.S. India Education Foundation. And IIE worked with U.S. Embassy and EducationUSA officers around the world to communicate about the importance of educational exchange, and release the new bilateral statistics.

Open Doors contains extensive data and analysis on numbers of foreign students and scholars on U.S. campuses and American students studying abroad, and is supported by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
On the Open Doors page, you can also access the results of a Fall 2010 International Enrollment survey that IIE conducted jointly with seven other major higher education organizations, and a Fall 2010 Study Abroad survey that IIE conducted with the Forum on Education Abroad.
