We Build Capacity

IIE designs and manages programs that identify outstanding individuals globally and provide them with opportunities to develop as leaders and entrepreneurs.

Specific leadership and entrepreneurship development activities include:

  • Designing experiential learning curricula for global audiences with customized hands-on educational activities.
  • Developing short- and long-term training programs to equip participants with the skills necessary to be successful in today's globalized world.
  • Organizing theme-base content on subjects including global citizenship, entrepreneurship and workforce skills development.
