Gilman Scholarship Expands Partnership with JAY Z's Shawn Carter Foundation
The U.S. Department of State's Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program and JAY Z's Shawn Carter Foundation announce the continued partnership to support study abroad scholarships for U.S. undergraduate citizens with financial need. Shawn Carter/Gilman International Scholarships have been awarded to six outstanding students for the summer and fall 2014 academic terms, an increase from the spring 2013 pilot initiative.
