The HARVEST (Helping Address Rural Vulnerabilities and Ecosystem Stability) program is funded by USAID to address food security, global climate change, and biodiversity conservation in Cambodia. The program aims to increase food availability and access by bolstering productivity of agriculture, fisheries and forestry; strengthen agricultural value chains; and create private-sector led rural employment. As a HARVEST consortium member, IIE (Institute of International Education) is responsible for the management and oversight of HARVEST scholarship program which supports qualified Cambodian people for Master’s Degree study in the U.S. or ASEAN institutions in the fields of agriculture, fisheries, climate change, aquaculture and policy.
